The Council Meeting of the Brass Band League  are held on the 1st Saturday in the month  in Laganvale's bandroom, Wansbeck Street, Stranmillis, Belfast.

The results for the Annual Spring Festival held in Glengormley High School on Saturday 12th April 2008 were as follows. The adjudicator was Mr David Horsfield.

Unaffiliated  - First Prize  - St Mary's Silver (172 points)
